Leigh brings a thoughtful mix of practicality, creativity, and care to The Perfect Place. With a background in the interiors industry, she has a natural eye for detail and a knack for making spaces feel beautifully balanced and well presented.
As a long-time co-owner of a local scaffolding business, Leigh is well connected to trusted trades in Kaipara and knows how to get things done efficiently and to a high standard. She’s highly organised, hands-on, and approaches every job with care and quiet confidence.
A dedicated dog lover, Leigh shares her life with her Labradaughters, Mary & Ziggy and believes a good day always includes fresh air and muddy paws. When not working, she enjoys cooking & consuming great food, making & drinking good wine, quiet moments in nature and less quiet nights with friends.About Zoe
Zoe Williams has over 20 years’ experience in the arts and culture sector and five years in private property and garden care. With a background in communications, funding, and large-scale event production, Zoe brings precision, creativity, and strong logistical skills to professional home management. She has worked hands-on maintaining private estates, supporting landscaping, guest care, and daily operations. Alongside this, she has raised over $1.1 million (in the last year) in arts funding and produced national tours and events. Her combined expertise supports clients seeking reliable, stylish, and efficient home or event management with a strong eye for detail and long-term care.
